ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE:
- The day of the clients' arrival, the room will be ready from 14:30.
- The day the clients’ departure, the rooms must be free by 12:00.
ACCESS TO THE SPA AND TO THE FITNESS CENTRE:
Admission to the Wellness Centre is not allowed to children under 16 years. There is a mini-club service ( Summer and Holidays) or baby sitter in other periods of the year. Children from 16 to 18 years are welcome to the SPA but must be accompanied by an adult in the areas.
- The tariffs included the access to the Spa and the Fitness Center.
- From 14:30 of the arrival day until 12:00 of the departure day.
- The access to the Spa after 12:00 of the departure day is possible only if the clients pay the access' tariff reserved to the guests of the hotel.
- They have wardrobe, changing room, hairdryer, shower.
- It is possible to preserve the room until 18:30 pm with the payment of the late check out.
CONFIRMATION OF THE RESERVATION:
- The reservation is confirmed only if it is written and if it is followed by at he payment of a deposit of 30% of the total stay.
- The payment of the deposit can be done throw an international money order, bank transfer or Credit Card.
CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION:
- Any payment of penalty within 10 day of the arrival.
- Payment of a penalty of 50% if the cancellation is done 9 to 3 before the arrival.
