The benefits, that the practical constant of
the fitness can give, are translated in an improvement of own
abilities through the increase of: strength and muscular resistance,
articular mobility, ability and aerobic efficiency, a correct
equilibrium among thin and fat mass and, finally, trust in
if same.
The fitness is a combination of different components that interact among them.
Its pillars can be recapitulated
in five fundamental elements: the aerobic
resistance or the ability of the body to absorb,
to transport and to use the oxygen, the
muscular strength, the ability of the muscles of
the body to produce great assembled efforts using aerobic
energy, the muscular resistance, the flexibility, the ability
to lengthen the muscles and, finally, the composition of
the body, the correct proportion among thin and fat mass.
The objective for an apprentice is that to reach the correct
equilibrium among all these components. |
