With the wide diffusion
of this new technique of aerobic training they were born
some variations in comparison to the spinning tradizionele,
in fact, some teachers have introduced the use of the superior
limbs with movements of coordination or straight applying
some small loads to increase its resistance to strive it.
The bike used for the spinning is not
a simple cyclette from house or those with the digital
display for the aerobic job, but it has some specific particularities
for the practice of the lesson of spinning:
- The loom must be very strong and adjustable
so that to be suited for all the heights and morphologies
- It must withstand to a tall degree of mechanical solicitations and usury the
sweat The handlebar must allow the correct support of the hands all the walks
and it must not result in postural vices during the various types of pedaled |
