Residence & Old Spa.

In Tuscany, in the heart of Maremma stando Sorano, a medieval village originated form the Etruscans on top of a tufa rock. A place where time has stopped for ages, where tha houses are of the same colour of the rocks. A three kilometres from the village, surrounded by woods and vineyards, there is the old “Pieve Santa Maria dell’Aquila”. The millenary history of the Pieve (the very first documented information of the Pieve is from the middle of the thirteen hundred century, but the origin is probably paleochristian) has always been connected with the use of a hot water spring at 37,5 degrees celsius with great therapeutic properties, called “Bagno Santa Maria dell’Aquila”.

The Ancient “Pieve”.

After decades of desolation, with a careful restoration, the Spa, together with the “Pieve Santa Maria dell’Aquila” have been restored to the old splendour. All around stands a residence with villas and apartments, two comfortable swimming pools one of which thermal and a refreshment bar.

This is the Sorano Spa, immersed in nature, at 460 meters above sea level. A timeless scenery, enviable for culture and environment, that offers a rare opportunity to spend a vacation in relax happiness and well-being.

Villas & Apartment.

The Residence is composed of 40 Units: 30 apartments and 10 Villas all built around the Pieve and the thermal spring. Nicely furnished in Tuscany style, provided with large and confortable spaces, each house has its own spacious porch and / or garden.

Comfort.

The typologies are from a one flat to the villa with 4 bedrooms;  each unit has a well furnished kitchen, a bathroom for each bedroom, orthopaedic mattresses and wooden nets, airy rooms, single unit heating System, double glass windows, satellite TV, large terraces and solarium with wooden furniture outside.
